The Swix 8" medium, chromed ski file is made by Viala of Portugal, a well respected file manufacturing facility that has been making specialty files for the ski and snowboard tuning industry for years.
This particular file is 8"/20cm in length and has 14 tpcm (teeth per centimeter).T106n
The 8" medium ski file is largely regard as a do-everything edge file and it's primary function is resharpening ski edges.
May also be used to start the edge finishing process.
