Most orders leave Boise within two business days, and you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The detail below covers domestic and international shipping, return conditions, and how long a refund takes.

Shipping
Domestic
Most orders ship within 2 business days. All U.S. orders ship via FedEx, UPS or the Postal Service depending on the contents and destination. Rush shipping is available for most products to most locations.
For Overnight or 2nd Day service, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. Rush orders placed after that cutoff ship the following day.
When you place an order we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the provider, date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
International
Depending on the shipping method you choose, there may be charges in addition to the shipping charge assessed at checkout.
The customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, tariffs, import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in your shipping quote and must be determined by the purchaser.

Returns
Starting a return
You can start a return through race-werks.com: log in to your account, click Complete Orders under the My Account menu, then click Return Item(s). We'll email you once we've received and processed the returned item.
Return conditions
- All returns except defective products must be en route back to our warehouse within 30 days of the date you received them.
- Defective products must be returned within the time constraints imposed by that manufacturer's warranty.
- To receive full credit, non-warranty returns must be in pristine condition: unused, clean, not laundered, free of smoke, pet or fragrance odour, in original condition and in original undamaged packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns that don't meet these criteria may be refused or charged a restocking fee, at Race Werks' discretion.
- Restocking fees are set order by order, based on product condition, packaging condition and the timing of the return.
- Orders that were refused or could not be delivered are refunded the product amount less all shipping charges associated with that order.
Return shipping
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend insuring all returns, and keeping a copy of the return tracking number until your credit or exchange has been completed and verified.

When your refund arrives
Expect your refund within four weeks of handing the package to the return shipper, though it is usually faster. That window covers three stages:

Some returns may void free shipping.
If your order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
International returns
If you are returning products to Race Werks from outside the United States, there may be additional fees billed to us on receipt, commonly called entry preparation fees. Those fees are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your product refund.
