ZipFit Liners

ZipFit liners solve a problem a shell alone cannot: empty space inside a boot that lets the heel lift, without making the boot tighter everywhere else.

They work through a cork and material blend that moves under heat and pressure, filling the gaps around the ankle and instep as they are skied in. Unlike a foam liner that packs out and stays packed, a ZipFit can be adjusted over time, with material added or moved as the fit changes.

That makes them worth considering for a racer whose shell is the right length but too roomy in volume, which is the most common serious fit problem in racing boots.

This is work best done by a bootfitter. See the rest of our boot fitting supplies.
