Race Wax

Race waxes for every snow temperature from RaceService 1, Swix, Holmenkol, Wend, Toko and Rode: solid bars for ironing in, liquids for quick race-day layers, and overlays and powders for the final finish.

Pick by snow temperature, not air temperature, and build the base first with base prep wax. U.S. Ski & Snowboard bans fluorocarbon wax in sanctioned races, so check the label before race day. For training days, see training wax.
