What is your price match policy? 

Our goal at Race Werks is to offer our customers high quality, hard to find, ski racing and tuning products at competitive prices. We understand that the nature of this sport and the unique equipment necessary to participate in it often forces you to do your shopping with catalog or internet companies because the local ski shops simply don’t stock what you need. 

Race Werks is committed to making your mail order experience as hassle free and affordable as possible. We want to do anything we can to save you the trouble and the extra shipping expenses that can quickly add up when you are forced to order from multiple catalogs. 

This commitment means that if you happen to find an identical (same color, size etc…), non-discounted, in-season product listed in one of our competitors catalogs at a lower price, we will match that price. Just bring the price difference to our attention when placing your order or up to 14 days following your order and, once verified, we will make the appropriate price adjustment. It’s that easy. 

Conditions 

There are just a few conditions that must be met in order to qualify for the price match guarantee. They include but are not limited to the following: 

No other discount or promotional offer may be combined with a Price Match request. Please determine which offer saves you the most money and use only that one.

Price Matched products must be in stock, both at Race Werks and at the company you request we match price with. 

Price Matched products must be identical i.e. same size, color, manufacturer, season etc... 

The company you request we match price with must produce a mail-order catalog that includes the product to be price matched. Race Werks will not honor requests to price match with any non-catalog dealers.

Most price match requests will be handled the same day and will result in an adjustment to your invoice or a credit issued to the card you made your purchase on.

If for any reason we are unable to process your request, you will be notified promptly and given the choice of either canceling or proceeding with your order.
