Single & Double Ski Bags
The simplest ski bags: one pair or two, with room for poles. Right for driving to the hill and for keeping edges off the inside of a car.
Check two things. Internal length against your longest ski — a 180 cm bag will not take 188 cm GS skis, and racers tend to own something longer than they remember. And padding: many single bags are unpadded sleeves that protect against scratches but not against being thrown. For flying, you want padding or a burrito.
A double bag is worth the small extra over a single for any racer running both GS and SL skis.
See burrito bags for padded multi-pair carry, roller bags for travel, and all ski bags.
