We sell more Holmenkol Beta Ski Wax than all their other waxes combined. Highly regarded normal temp range, zero fluoro content ski wax forumlated for use in snow temps from -4° to -14° C.
Usability Range
- Works very well as a base wax for Holmenkol's Racing Mix fluorinated race waxes.
- Excellent single wax selection for low humidity snow in this temp range.
- Also an excellent, affordable tranining wax.
- Functions well as a conditioning, travel and/or storage wax.

When we started our daughter ski racing, our coach at the time gave us a tuning workshop and he recommended this wax as an all around good wax in NH. I don't know about other regions. Since then, every coach we have had has told us to keep sticking with it...seems good. (race werks suggest we leave a review so I thought I would for some future new to ski racing mom)
