The POCito Skull is POC's kids' ski helmet, built on the same construction as their adult race helmets but tuned for the speeds children actually ski. The shell carries a full Aramid penetration barrier, the same material POC uses to stop sharp objects in its race line, and the liner is set up to absorb lower-speed impacts rather than the high-energy hits an adult GS helmet is designed around.
Sizing is adjustable, so one helmet covers a growing head across more than one season — which is the practical argument for it over a fixed-shell junior helmet. The fluorescent shell colours and reflective detailing are the point rather than a styling choice: a small skier in flat light is hard to see, and POCito is designed to be seen. The goggle clip carries a My Info panel where you can write parent contact details.

Before You Order
The POCito Skull is certified to EN 1077 Class A, the higher of the two classes in the European standard for alpine helmets: Class A covers a broader range of impacts and requires extended coverage at the temples and back of the head. POC does not list it as FIS RH2013 certified, so if your child is racing FIS-sanctioned GS, Super-G or downhill, check the current FIS equipment list before buying, or see our race helmets.
It comes in one adjustable size, which POC lists as XS–S and which fits a head of roughly 51–54 cm. Measure around the head just above the ears before ordering and check it against that range, and call the shop if you want it checked — we fit helmets in person every day.
