Ski Man Diamond Disc
Replacement diamond grinding discs for the Ski Man Bravo Sharp World Cup electric sharpener. Each disc is good for roughly 50 pairs of skis, and it locks onto the machine with a quarter turn.
Choose the grit for the job. Most shops keep a coarse disc for setting angles and a fine or extra fine disc for finishing.
Grits
- Coarse (120): sets the angle on new skis, changes an existing angle, and cleans up edges that are burred or damaged.
- Medium (180): everyday maintenance, for an edge that needs more than a polish when the angle is already set.
- Fine (220): World Cup level polishing that also hardens the edge as it finishes.
- Extra Fine (280): the final mirror polish, for maximum edge accuracy and a smooth, fast finish.
