A wool roto brush is an applicator rather than a brush. Where the bristle brushes remove wax, wool spreads and works liquid and paste waxes into the base evenly.

Why powered application matters with liquids. Liquid and paste waxes need working into the surface, and doing that by hand across a pair of skis is slow and uneven. A wool roto does it in seconds with consistent pressure, which is why race rooms adopted them as liquid waxes became common.
It also polishes a finished base gently, so it doubles as a final pass after the bristle sequence.
Keep it clean and keep it for liquids. Wool holds product, and a wool brush used across different wax types will carry residue from one to the next.
Check handle compatibility — this is 140 mm and fits the Pro Roto system.
