The Swix Marathon Glidewax – Black is a highly durable, fluoro-free race wax from Swix, designed for wet and dirty snow conditions. Its hard formula provides excellent glide while reducing friction from snow impurities, making it ideal as a base layer or overlay for extended-duration events.
- Extremely durable fluoro-free glide wax optimized for wet, dirty snow
- Black additive reduces friction from dirt particles in the snowpack
- Iron at 155°C (311°F); reheat after cooling for better durability, scrape after ~1 minute
- Can be used as a first layer for long-distance races or corked in as an overlay for alpine tuning
