Super-G poles, built for speed events where the pole spends most of the run tucked and out of the wind. The 18 mm high-density aluminium shaft gives stiffness for the loads a speed racer puts through a pole plant.
- High-density 18 mm aluminium shaft
- Race rubber grip developed with athletes
- Tungsten carbide tips for penetration and longevity

Speed poles are different from slalom poles in bend and length. A Super-G pole carries a deeper curve so the tips tuck in behind the body and the hands sit forward, and it runs longer than the same athlete's slalom pole. Using SL poles for Super-G puts the tips where the wind can catch them.
Tungsten carbide tips matter more in speed than anywhere else: the surfaces are harder and more injected, and a rounded steel tip will skate on them.
Sizing: size up from your slalom length. The tuck position and the deeper bend both consume length, and a Super-G pole that is too short leaves the hands low.
