Frame size is a fit issue, not a style one. A goggle too wide for the face does not seal at the temples, which lets cold air in and makes fogging much more likely. Juniors in adult goggles is one of the most common reasons a young racer says their goggles fog — the goggle is not faulty, it simply does not fit.
Interchangeable lenses are worth using. Most racers keep a low-light lens for grey days and shadowed courses and a darker one for spring, and swap as conditions change between inspection and the second run.
