I invested in the SVST Oval Carbon Steel - Horsehair Combi. Brush this past winter to help me with waxing and prepping my snowboard. To be honest it seemed a bit expensive. After having used it several times and seeing/feeling the quality I believe it's a good investment. It's a great tool to have if you are taking care of and waxing your own snowboard/skis.
