Where It Fits
Use the 9 mm brush before the longer 18 mm horsehair for a two-step polish, or on its own for quick race-day cleaning.
Short Bristles, Firm Clean
Shorter horsehair bristles are stiffer than long ones, so they clean the base structure more firmly while still polishing. Many techs use a short horsehair brush first, then finish with a longer, softer one for the final shine.
