SVST 6mm Brass Roto Brush - 150mm

Brass is the first brush in the sequence — the one that opens the base structure and pulls embedded dirt out of the grooves before anything else happens.

It is the most aggressive of the roto brushes and is not a finishing tool. Used last, it would undo the polish; used first, it clears the base so wax can reach the structure.

• 6 mm brass bristles for base cleaning and structure maintenance
• 150 mm width — for full-size roto handles
• Follow with a softer all-purpose or finishing brush

The SVST roto brush sequence runs coarse to fine, and each material has a job:

• Brass — opens structure, removes embedded dirt (this brush)
• Horsehair — clears wax, anti-static, the everyday workhorse
• Nylon — final polish

Check your handle width before ordering. This is the 150 mm brush; there are 90 mm versions for smaller handles, and they are not interchangeable.

Run the drill at moderate speed with light pressure and keep the tool moving — a roto brush held still will burn a base faster than an iron will.
